If a deposit transaction fails to credit to your fff77 account, you must contact support with the transaction reference number from your payment provider. fff77 will investigate and, where the deposit is confirmed by the payment provider, credit the amount within a reasonable timeframe.
Withdrawal requests are available to fully KYC-verified accounts only. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. fff77 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where operationally possible, as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Game content (including slot titles, live dealer presentations, and table game software) is the intellectual property of the respective game suppliers. Access to game content is granted to you for personal entertainment purposes only, on a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fff77's total liability to any player in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a verified breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their primary payment method after completion of required verification checks.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
